The twin beds in our room kept shifting, which was very frustrating. I woke up several times during the night because mine had moved far from the headboard, leaving my pillows stuck in the gap. Also, the minibar was poorly stocked with just a couple of local beers and some crisps. Not what I expect from a supposed luxury hotel.

The location next to the Vaporetto station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Breakfast offered a fabulous selection, especially the poached eggs with Parma ham and the fresh fruit salad, making mornings delightful. The service was consistently excellent. staff genuinely seemed pleased to assist and even offered us complimentary upgrades without prompting. However, the room décor felt slightly outdated, and I would have appreciated a more diverse breakfast menu. Also, some noise from nearby celebrations during the evening could be heard, which disrupted the otherwise enjoyable atmosphere.
